Dr Cloutier in Japon

In April 2013, Dr. Cloutier, with Canadian Minister of International Affairs, the Honourable Ed Fast, participated to a trade delegation to Japan on the theme of `medical imaging. During his visit, he also had the occasion to speak with Mr. Makoto Inagaki, commercial attaché at the General Delegation of Quebec in Tokyo. Dr. Cloutier was invited via the Canadian program of champions, he then presented a lecture entitled: "Ultrasound imaging in Canada: business opportunities and avenues of cooperation Between Japan and Canada."
